Pliant Therapeutics snags $62 mln Series B
South San Francisco-based Pliant Therapeutics Inc, a biotech firm, has raised $62 million in Series B financing. Cowen Healthcare Investments led the round with participation from other investors that included Eventide Asset Management, Schroder Adveq, Menlo Ventures, SCubed Capital and Agent Capital.
