PNC Equity Sells Tangent Rail
PNC Equity Partners has sold Tangent Rail Corp., a provider of wood crosstie supply chain services to the railroad industry, to Stella-Jones Inc. (TSX: SJ). The deal was valued at approximately $165 million.
