Podcasting company HowStuffWorks attracts $15 mln Series A
Atlanta-based HowStuffWorks, a for-profit podcasting company, has raised $15 million in Series A funding. The Raine Group led the round. As a result of the deal, HowStuffWorks will spin itself from parent company System1 and become a private entity. And, Conal Byrne, the former general manager at HowStuffWorks, will rejoin the company as president.
