Polycom Buys Accordent Tech for $50M
Publicly traded communications company Polycom Inc. has acquired Accordent Technologies Inc. for $50 million in cash. Accordent was backed by investment firm TVC Capital, the company’s sole institutional investor. Accordent is a maker of video content management and delivery technology.
