Power Assure Adds Strategic Investor
Power Assure Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif.-based provider of data center energy management technology, has received a strategic $1 million investment from Dominion Energy Technologies Inc. With this investment, Power Assure has raised $14.5 million in its series B financing, bringing total funds raised to $29.75 million, the company said. Other investors include ABB Technology Ventures, Good Energies, Point Judith Capital, and Draper Fisher Jurvetson.
