Principal Enterprise Capital makes two new hires

Principal Enterprise Capital has appointed David Gottschall and Emily Slovitt to the firm as managing director and investment manager, respectively. Principal Enterprise Capital is a real estate private equity investment manager and subsidiary of the Principal Financial Group.
