Private company valuations remain strong in Silicon Valley
Private company valuations continue to run strong in Silicon Valley, a survey of fourth quarter financings found. The survey from Fenwick & West found that 71% of the law firm’s deals in the quarter were up rounds and 16% were down rounds.
