ProAmpac buys Pactech Packaging

ProAmpac, a portfolio company of PPC Partners, has acquired Pactech Packaging. Financial terms weren’t announced. Pactech, of Rochester, New York, specializes in pouch converting. PPC, of Chicago and Los Angeles, is led by Tony Pritzker and the former investment and operating professionals of Pritzker Group Private Capital.
