ProAmpac buys Trinity Packaging Corp

ProAmpac, a portfolio company of Pritzker Group Private Capital, has acquired Trinity Packaging Corporation. Financial terms weren’t announced. Trinity, of Armonk, New York, is a flexible packaging company specializing in large format packaging for the lawn and garden, food and specialty industrial markets.
