Prospect Partners promotes two to principal

Prospect Partners, a private equity firm focused on the smaller lower-middle market, has promoted Brett Holcomb and Brad O'Dell to principal. The appointments are effective immediately. Both Holcomb and O'Dell came on board as vice presidents in 2009.
