Prototek buys Cal-X

Prototek, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, has acquired Cal-X. Financial terms weren’t announced. Cal-X, of Grafton, Wisconsin, provides precision machining and sheet metal fabrication rapid prototyping services.
