Prudent Energy Adds $10 Million

Prudent Energy, a Beijing-based developer of energy storage technology to for electricity grid operations and integration of large scale renewable energy, has raised $10 million in additional Series C funding. Backers include JAFCO Asia, Mitsui Ventures and CEL Partners. The round now stands at $32 million, including past support from Northern Light Venture Capital, Sequoia Capital China and return backers DFJ and DT Capital.
