Pulmatrix Inks $14M in B1 Round
Pulmatrix, a Lexington, Mass.-based biotech company, has closed on $14 million in Series B1 financing. All of the company’s existing investors participated, including Polaris Venture Partners, 5AM Ventures, Arch Venture Partners, and Novartis Venture Fund. The new money will help the company continue development of its drug candidate to treat chronic obstructed pulmonary disease and cystic fibrosis.
