Q4 snags $38 mln Series C
Q4 Inc, a provider of cloud-based investor relations and capital market solutions, has raised $38 million in Series C financing. Napier Park Financial Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included OpenText Enterprise Apps Fund, Information Venture Partners and Espresso Capital.
