QD Vision Inks $20M
QD Vision Inc., a maker of optical components for LCD applications, has raised $20 million in fresh capital, the company announced Friday. Existing investors North Bridge Venture Partners, Highland Capital Partners, In-Q-Tel, DTE Energy Ventures, Passport Capital, Novus Energy Partners, and Capricorn Investment Group all participated in the round. The company is based in Lexington, Mass.
