QualaWash Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Roark Capital, acquired Gator Environmental & Rentals Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Port Allen, Louisiana-based Gator provides waste water collection, transportation and disposal services along with industrial and container cleaning and equipment rental throughout the state.
