Qualcomm Ventures leads funding round for Borqs
China-based Borqs, a provider of intelligent terminal software and end-to-end service platforms, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding. Qualcomm Ventures led the round. Late last year, Borqs agreed to merge with Pacific Special Acquisition Corp.
