Quantance Raises $12 Million

Quantance Inc., a San Mateo, Calif.-based fables chipmaker focused on increasing data speed and battery life in mobile devices, has raised $12 million in Series B funding. TD Fund led the round, and was joined by Docomo Capital and return backers Granite Ventures and InterWest Partners.
