Quantum raises €77.5m

The European carve-out specialist closes latest fund at hard-cap.

Quantum Opportunity Fund II has held a final close at its €77.5 million hard-cap. The vehicle continues the firm’s strategy of pursuing complex carve-outs in Continental Europe.

Quantum Capital Partner’s first fund, Quantum Opportunity Fund I, closed at €57 million in October 2014.
