Quantum Strategic invests $305 mln in SolarCity

Quantum Strategic Partners Ltd has invested $305 million in SolarCity Corp. Quantum Strategic, a private investment fund, is managed by Soros Fund Management LLC. San Mateo-based SolarCity provides energy services. The deal also included a fully amortizing, 18-year loan.
