RapidDeploy locks in $12 mln Series A

RapidDeploy, a provider of cloud-based software for public safety officials that reduces emergency response times and improve situational awareness, has raised $12 million in Series A financing. The investors were GreatPoint Ventures and Samsung NEXT.
