Real estate marketplace Roofstock scores $20 mln Series B

Roofstock, an online investing marketplace for the single-family rental sector, has raised $20 million in Series B financing. Lightspeed Venture Partners led the round with participation from other backers that included Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Nyca Partners, QED Investors and SV Angel.
