Cross Lake Partners LLC, a real estate private equity firm, has spun out from Paulson & Co. Cross Lake Managing Partners Michael Barr and Jonathan Shumaker are leading the company while John Paulson, president of Paulson & Co., will continue to be an investor in the real estate funds.
