Red Hat Nabs Open Source Storage Co. Gluster

Red Hat Inc. is buying scale-out, open source storage company Gluster, paying $136 million in cash. Six-year-old Gluster raised capital from Nexus Venture Partner and Index Ventures. The deal is expected to close sometime in October.
