RegisterPatient.com Closes $4M Round
RegisterPatient.com has closed on $4.1 million in Series A financing, the company announced. Harbert Venture Partners III, L.P. led the current round, and was joined by the Florida Opportunity Fund. The company has now raised a total of $5.1 million. In conjunction with the financing, the company announced that it has named Jana Skewes as President, CEO and member of its Board. RegisterPatient.com provides online patient registration, automatic insurance verification, email, text and voice appointment reminders and electronic patient referrals.
