RenalGuard Solutions scores $14.5 mln Series A
Milford, Massachusetts-based RenalGuard Solutions Inc, a medical device company, has closed $14.5 million in Series A financing. Exigent Capital led the round with participation from other backers that included Genesis Capital Advisors. In addition to the funding, Alan Adler has joined the RenalGuard board of directors.
