Renewal Mill nabs $2.5 mln seed

Renewal Mill, a next-generation food ingredients company, has secured $2.5 million in seed funding. HG Ventures led the round. In conjunction with the funding, Kip Frey, managing director of HG Ventures, will join Renewal Mill's board of directors.
