Report: Coghead In Acquisition Talks
Coghead Inc., a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of a Web-based application creation and delivery platform, is in talks to sell itself to an unidentified buyer, according to VentureWire. The move comes after Coghead failed to secure Series C funding. The company had previously raised capital from American Capital Strategies and El Dorado Ventures. www.coghead.com
