Resilience Capital Fund IV raises $350 mln
Resilience Capital Partners has closed its latest fund at its $350 million hard cap. The target for Resilience Fund IV L.P. was $300 million. Investors of the over-subscribed fund include pension funds, insurance companies, foundations and endowments, fund of funds, wealth managers and investment consultants. Cleveland-based Resilience Capital invests in lower middle market special situations, in businesses with $25 to $250 million in revenues. Griffin Financial Group acted as financial advisor and placement agent.
