Resonetics buys Mound Laser

Resonetics, a portfolio company of Sverica Capital Management LLC, said Tuesday that it has acquired Mound Laser andPhotonics Center Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Mound Laser provides micro manufacturing of precise metal components for the medical device and defense industry.
