Reuters: Golf Club Operator ClubCorp Seeks Over $1 Bln Valuation in IPO
Golf club operator ClubCorp Holdings Inc, owned by private equity firm KSL Capital Partners LLC, said it expects its IPO to be priced at $16 to $18 per share, implying a valuation of up to $1.11 billion for the company, Reuters reported.
