Reuters: Regency Sells 7 Shopping Centers to Blackstone-DDR JV

Regency Centers Corp said on Tuesday that it had sold a portfolio of seven grocery-anchored shopping centers to a joint venture between Blackstone Group LP and real estate investment trust DDR Corp for $332 million.
