Revelstoke taps Shuey as operating partner

Revelstoke Capital Partners has hired Eric A. Shuey as an operating partner. Previously, Shuey was a senior executive at Fresenius Medical Care. He is also on the board of directors of Encore Rehabilitation Services LLC, which is backed by Revelstoke.
