Maranon Capital L.P. said Wednesday that it completed a mezzanine investment in Action Fabricators Inc. to support River Associates Investments LLC’s buy of the company. Maranon also co-invested in the equity alongside River Associates. Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Action is a flexible materials converting company.
