RiverVest Venture Partners has raised $56 million for its 3×5 RiverVest Fund II, according to a SEC filing. The St. Louis-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2015 with a $125 million target.
The fund will target venture capital opportunities in biotech/life sciences sectors in the United States.Â
