Robert Yates to be named COO of Carlyle's OCD

The Carlyle Group has selected Robert Yates as chief operating officer of Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics subject to the close of Carlyle’s acquisition of OCD from Johnson & Johnson. In this newly-created role, Yates will report directly to incoming OCD chairman and CEO Dr. Martin Madaus.
