Royal Adhesives & Sealants acquires Toronto-based Chemque

Royal Adhesives & Sealants, an Indiana-based portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Chemque, a Toronto-based adhesives and sealants manufacturer, in an acquisition for expansion, Royal's seventh since 2010. Financial terms were not disclosed.
