Safariland recruits Williams as COO

The Safariland Group, a Jacksonville, Florida-based provider of safety and survivability products for the public safety, military, professional and outdoor markets, has hired Brad E. Williams for chief operating officer. The appointment becomes effective today. Previously, Williams worked at IDEX Corp where he served as president of the material processing technologies group. Safariland is a portfolio company of Kanders & Co.
