Sagard SAS In Informal Talks To Sell Souriau

Sagard SAS of Paris France, has held informal talks to sell Souriau, Reuters reported citing people with direct knowledge of the matter. Souriau is worth upwards of 500 million euros ($675 million), according to one source close to the deal. Sagard acquired the electric connectors business from AZA Private Equity in 2006.
