SandForce Inc. closed $25 million in Series D funding. The round was led by Canaan Partners. Existing investors DCM, Storm Ventures, Translink Capital, LSI Corporation & UMC Capital participated in the round. SandForce is a Santa Clara, Calif.-based developer of flash solid-state drive processors.
