Sankaty to buy 4 CLOs from Regiment Capital

Sankaty Advisors, the global credit affiliate of Bain Capital, has agreed to buy the management contracts of four CLOs from Regiment Capital Advisors. The management contracts to be transferred are for Cavalry CLO II Ltd., Cavalry CLO III Ltd., Cavalry CLO IV Ltd., and Cavalry CLO V Ltd. The four CLOs total $1.6 billion of assets. Berkshire Capital Securities advised Regiment.
