ScaleUp Ventures leads Series A round for CrowdCare
Ontario-based CrowdCare Corporation, a provider of cognitive digital care solutions, has secured an undisclosed amount of Series A financing. ScaleUP Ventures led the round with participation from Brightspark Ventures and Mantella Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Kevin Kimsa, general partner and co-founder at ScaleUP Ventures, and Mark Skapinker, managing partner and co-founder at Brightspark Ventures, have been appointed to CrowdCare's board of directors.
