SCP provides $16 mln loan to Nxt-ID

Melbourne, Florida-based Nxt-ID Inc, a provider of mobile security solutions, has secured a $16 million loan from Sagard Credit Partners LP. The capital will be used to refinance Nxt-ID's current loan as well as provide working capital and funds for future capital expenditures.
