Sentinel Capital to buy Captain D's: UPDATED

Sentinel Capital Partners said Dec. 18 that it has acquired Captain D’s, the franchisor and operator of 530 Captain D’s restaurants in 21 U.S. states. Financial terms weren’t announced. UPDATE: Centre Partners, the seller, stands to make more than 3.3x their money with the deal, a source familiar said.
