The Asia subsidiary of the US fund manager has raised funds focused on the India and Southeast Asia regions.

Sequoia Capital has held a final close for Sequoia SEA Fund I on $850 million, and another $2 billion on its India venture and growth funds.

The SEA Fund I will invest in seed, Series A, and growth stage TMT companies in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia.
