SFW Capital Fund II raises more than $345 mln
SFW Capital Partners said Wednesday that its second fund closed at its hard cap with more than $345 million in commitments. SFW, of Rye, New York, invests in mid-size Analytical Tools and Related Services companies, including providers of instrumentation, information and software, and related business services. SFW Fund II will seek to make equity investments of $10 million to $75 million.
