Shore Capital invests in Advanced Animal, Progressive Pet Animal Hospitals
Shore Capital Partners has invested in Advanced Animal Hospital Group and Progressive Pet Animal Hospitals through a recapitalization. Financial terms weren’t announced. Shore Capital has also merged the businesses to form Midwest Veterinary Partners. The company provides services to companion animals including vaccinations, surgery, wellness exams, oncology, ophthalmology, allergy treatment and dermatology. Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP provided legal counsel to Shore Capital Partners. Butzel Long was the attorney for Advanced Animal Hospital Group and Progressive Pet Animal Hospitals.
