Shore Capital sells ClearPath Diagnostics

Shore Capital Partners said Oct. 4 that it sold ClearPath Diagnostics to Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings. Financial terms weren’t announced. ClearPath provides laboratory diagnostic services in the Northeastern United States. Winston & Strawn LLP served as legal advisor to ClearPath.
