Signal Hill Fund III raises $116.7 mln
Signal Hill Equity Partners said Friday they closed their third fund, and a parallel partnership, with C$142 million (US$116.7 mln) of committed capital. Fund III was oversubscribed and surpassed its target of C$100 million (US$82.2 mln). Toronto-based Signal Hill invests in five verticals: business & consumer services, specialty manufacturing, building products, food and consumer products and resource services.
