Silicon Valley venture capital confidence index rises again
The Silicon Valley Venture Capital Confidence Index rose during the fourth quarter to its highest level since 2007, according to its compiler, University of San Francisco professor Mark Cannice. The index ended the quarter at 3.95, marking its sixth quarterly advance.
